IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE:

Shipping charges on orders shipped to addresses in the continental United States is calculated as follows: UPS Ground Residential 17% of total order.

The minimum shipping charge for orders under $47 is $8.99. A $5 surcharge is added to orders for Zabuton meditation floor cushion orders due to UPS charges for "over-size" boxes.

UPS 2nd Day Air & 3rd Day Select: Due to frequently changing UPS charges, these rates are calculated at the time the order is packed and ready to be shipped. $3 to $6 handling fee is added to the actual UPS shipping charge for these services. Orders received prior to 12 noon on any regular work day usually ship the same day. You will be notified by email if your order is delayed for any reason.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Due to the many different package dimensions, country limitations and shipping requirements for various countries, shipping costs are not calculated on items purchased on line. To receive a quote for shipping charges, please email us at boondecor@aol.com and provide us with the ship-to address and the item or items you are interested in purchasing and we will provide you with the appropriate information in a timely manner.

Customs/Duty Fees: Boon Decor has no way to determine and has no control over customs duty fees that may be charged by each individual country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any customs fees that may be due.

Orders Refused After Shipping: Customer will be charged for shipping in both directions if an order is refused at time of delivery. Only the purchase price will be refunded at the time the return is received at our warehouse.

SALES TAX:

California sale tax is added to all retail orders shipped to California address.
