Meditation Bench - High Seat

For those who have difficulty sitting on a zafu meditation cushion, kneeling on a seiza meditation bench, or who finds our low meditation bench too low, we designed a bench just for you. It provides maximum support and allows one to sit comfortably with ankles crossed or knees in an upright position. The bench is slightly slanted forward which promotes good posture. Crafted from Thai hard woods and beautifully finished in a matte black finish with subtle red accents on the edges. Both sides of the bench has a yin-yang symbol cut through the wood.
