Meditation Cushions from Boon Decor feature the ”Om Universe” meditation cushion collection , symbolic of the sound that resonates throughout all creation, the cosmic vibration that includes the past, the present, and the future and projects the mind beyond mundane of everyday life to an experience of the inexpressible.

The Om is not a word but rather an intonation, which, like music, transcends the barriers of age, race, culture and even species. There is harmony, peace and bliss in the simple but deeply philosophical sound of Om. In designing our Om Universe zafu meditation cushions we hand silk-screened the Om symbol in the center of a lotus blossom (lotus is the symbol of enlightenment), with circles of smaller Om symbols radiating from the central part of the design, onto our classic jewel-tone silk-blend fabrics.

When you scroll down to the choices below you will find two types of zafu meditation cushions. Choose from either our traditional style zafu filled with organic buckwheat hulls (15" diameter x 6" loft) or our combination meditation cushion (14" diameter x 7.5" loft, which provides of a choice of either organic buckwheat hulls or natural kapok in the same cushion, depending on the side one sits on. Both types of meditation cushions provide outstanding support for your sitting meditation practice.

For your ordering convenience we have included some meditation cushion sets shown with our popular “Om/Lotus wreath” zabuton floor cushions for those who wish to purchase a matching set.
