SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE:

Due to frequently changing UPS shipping rates to various zones and zip codes, UPS policy of "actual weight" vs "dimensional weight" based on box size, and because of the large selection of products that we offer and the mix of merchandise that our customers often order at one time, we are unable to determine accurate shipping costs until after an order is received, packed, measured, and weighed. We add a $3 to $5 per box handling charge to the actual UPS shipping charge. A copy of the actual UPS shipping charges will be enclosed with your order along with a detailed invoice. If you wish to know the exact shipping charge prior to placing your order, please contact us by email at boondecor@aol.com or phone at 530-677-2711 with the item(s)you plan to order and we will be happy to determine the exact shipping charges and get back to you with the information in a timely manner.

Orders should be received within 10 workings days. You will be notified by email if your order is delayed for any reason.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Due the many different package dimension-limitations and shipping requirements for orders from outside the United States and Canada, international orders can not be processed through our web site. Please contact us by email for international ordering procedures and shipping cost quotes. To receive a quote for shipping charges, please provide us with the ship-to address and the item or items you are interested in ordering, and we will provide you with the appropriate information in a timely manner.
